San José
Es Bol Nou (sa Caleta) Beach
Next to the remains of the Phoenician settlement of sa Caleta, from the 7th century BC and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, this small cove is surrounded by boathouses or fishermen’s huts. It is an ideal place for those looking for hidden and uncrowded places where they can get lost and spend a few hours of leisure during the summer months. It is a closed cove protected from the winds and waves where many Ibizan families come on weekends to sunbathe, cool off in its transparent waters and enjoy a picnic with friends.
Dimensions: 180 metres long.
Seabed: rocky.
