Its name comes from the large number of fig trees that still exist today around this beach, which has numerous services given that it is located within a tourist area where hotels, tourist apartments and small shops predominate. It offers the practice of various water sports and is usually quite busy during the summer months. On the other hand, in winter this area is practically deserted. Its clear and transparent waters make it ideal for swimming.
