San JUAN
Cala de Sant Vicent
A tourist and residential centre that was once a fishing area. Sa Cala, as it is known by the people of the island, offers all services. It has a large beach of almost 400 metres in length with turquoise waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The unique beauty of the area favoured, at one time, the appearance of a privileged tourist centre. The restaurants in the area have earned a well-deserved reputation, where eating fresh fish from the island’s coasts is a tribute to the most exquisite palates. If you have time, take the opportunity to visit the Punic sanctuary of sa Cova des Culleram, from where you can take some photographs of great scenic value.
Dimensions: 390 metres long by 30 metres wide.
