Cala Boix beach is one of the best known. Its sand is dark and is atypical in Ibiza, it is located on the edge of a cliff. Bathers are surprised because they have to walk far from the shore to get the water to cover them.

It only has one access by land, through some steps. There are several restaurants and on the beach there is also a small beach bar, as well as a service of hammocks and parasols. The sea is an intense turquoise colour.

Dimensions: 150 metres long by 20 metres wide.

Seabed: Fine black sand.
